1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fz66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure. fz66's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

fz66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we take all reasonable technical precautions to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control. fz66 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of Platform downtime, game errors, or technical malfunctions, provided that such issues are not the result of fz66's gross negligence.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

fz66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below. Where an account is closed due to player misconduct or breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

• Breach of Terms

  fz66 may immediately suspend or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including age misrepresentation, multiple account operation, bonus abuse, fraud, or use of prohibited software.

• Regulatory or Legal Requirement

  fz66 may suspend or close an account if required to do so by any applicable law, court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request. In such cases, fz66 will act in compliance with its legal obligations and may not be able to disclose the reasons for account closure to the affected player.

• Player-Requested Closure
